UN Tourism駐日事務所は、次世代の観光リーダーを育成するため、神戸大学、（独）国際協力機構（JICA）、京都府南丹市美山町とともに、第5回「次世代観光リーダー育成に向けたワークショップ(FTLW)」を以下の通り開催いたします。
2日間で美山町において現地視察及び座学行い、グループに分かれて英語で地域における
持続可能な観光について意見を共有しプレゼンテーションを実施します。
日 時：2024年3月23日（土）～24日（日）1泊2日 （その他、事前にオンラインセッション開催予定）※3月9日にオンラインで事前学習を行います。
場 所：京都府南丹市美山町 河鹿荘
費 用：大人：25,450～26,950円／人
学生：12,725～13,475円／人 ※含まれるもの：宿泊費、移動費等の実費
テーマ：ベスト・ツーリズム・ビレッジから考える持続可能な観光
対 象：大学生・大学院生、若手実務家

World Tourism Organization(UN Tourism), Regional Support Office for Asia and the Pacific together with Kobe University(Graduate School of Intercultural Studies), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Miyama Tourism Association (Miyama DMO) will be hosting the 5th Future Tourism Leaders Workshop under the theme of “Sustainable Tourism in the Best Tourism Village by UN Tourism”.
The 5th Future Tourism Leaders Workshop will be held in Miyama, Kyoto, one of the Best Tourism Villages by UN Tourism (BTV). BTV recognizes outstanding examples of rural destinations that implement tourism in a sustainable way and as a key driver for rural development and community well-being. In this two-day workshop, participants will learn about sustainable tourism measures in one of the recognized BTVs in Japan — Miyama village. There will also be invited speakers from Taiwan and Thailand who will speak on the contribution of tourism to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
